Join us on April 14th as the Greater Boston Comedy Relay and the Boston Comedy Scene Examiner team up for Angie's Anti-Cancer Comedy Birthday Bash! Angie has declared the American Cancer Society the official sponsor of her birthday - and in doing so, is celebrating with a night of laughter, featuring Mike Koutrobis, Dave Kennedy, Carolyn Plummer, Don Zollo, Jim Lauletta and Paul Nardizzi (and special guest spots!). Angie's birthday is on April 15, and her only wish is that all of her friends, family and industry pals come out to Dick's Beantown Comedy Vault - tickets are only $15 and 50% goes right back to the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life (of Natick). We'll be selling raffle tix to win Jon Lovitz tickets, and who knows what else? It's a party - anything is possible :)

Greater Boston Comedy Relay |
Evolving from its early incarnation as "Comics Against Cancer", an event held in June 2009 at the Somerville Theatre which raised nearly $2500 for the American Cancer Society, the Greater Boston Comedy Relay is a branded, third-party campaign to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer through live stand-up comedy shows throughout the greater Boston area. Funds raised through the GBCR benefit the American Cancer Society's signature program, Relay For Life.
Relay For Life participants are able to take part in the GBCR by 'adopting' a comedy event for their specific Relay event or team in their community.
