Dan Harden Sensei

Dan Harden will conduct classes focusing on how to condition the body to develop internal power. These skills are not style specific and can be applied in any martial art from Aikido to MMA. We will offer classes for folks new to this kind of training as well as separate classes for experienced students.

Tentative Schedule

Friday Night	7:30 PM - 9:30 PM	Experienced Students Only

Saturday AM	9:00 AM - Noon	Open Class

Saturday PM	2:00 PM - 5:00 PM	Experienced Students Only

Sunday AM	9:00 AM - Noon	Open Class
