Gold Sponsor: $5,000
Business name & logo will appear on all marketing materials as well as printed event handouts given to each
participant as a title sponsor. Secondly, your business name & logo will appear on each putting green. Third, you will
also be designated four (6) holes to sponsor with your business name & logo appearing at the designated holes.
Lastly, you will also receive three (3) complimentary team entries for the event.
Silver Sponsor: $2500
Business name & logo will appear on all printed event handouts given to each participant. Also will be a hole sponsor for three (3) holes with your business name & logo appearing at each designated holes. You will also receive two (2) complimentary team entries for the event.
Bronze Sponsor: $1000
Hole sponsor for two (2) holes with your business name appearing at each designated hole, and one (1)
complimentary team entry for the event.

Payments are to be made online at www.iotaphitheta.org/09clave2009/golfscramble, or checks made payable to Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. and mailed to 2384 Suwanee Pointe Drive Lawrenceville, GA 30043 no later than June 30, 2009. Your registration will include lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart, registration bag, prize winning opportunities, and more. Proceeds will benefit the I.O.T.A "Reach for the Stars" Scholarship Fund to assist graduating high school students meet their financial needs in obtaining higher learning.
All registrations are non-refundable.
