Annual Meeting

 

The Greater Philadelphia chapter of the IIBA will be holding its annual general meeting (AGM) at the March 24th event. We conduct this meeting every year to provide the members with an update on the state of chapter affairs and to conduct elections for board positions. This year, per our bylaws, elections will be held for three existing board positions. 

 

• Chapter Secretary
• VP of Web Communications 
• VP of Marketing & Member Development 

• VP of Programs (New board position)

 

An updated version of our bylaws including the proposed amendment is posted on our website for review under our Governance section.  We will be asking “members in good standing” to vote on the amendment and officer elections, including the new VP of Programs. Please note that “members in good standing” is defined as chapter members who have paid both IIBA and chapter dues. The amendment for the new board position must be ratified by two-thirds of the member votes.

Presenter Bio:

Joe Lukas has been involved in projects as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager for over 30 years. His projects experience includes information systems, product development, capital construction and manufacturing. Joe is Vice-President for PMCentersUSA, an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider and a PMI Registered Education Provider. Joe also teaches and consults for PMCentersUSA clients and has written over 30 articles on project management and business analysis topics.
