This class is especially designed to introduce the amazing workout inspired by Joseph Pilates. This class will gently lead
you through a variety of Pilates exercises to strengthen your “power house,” which is abdominal muscles, deep postural
muscles and your lower back. In addition, these exercises will lengthen your muscles, creating a leaner you. We will also
be adding resistance with the use of weights to add muscle mass and create stronger bones. Participants need a sticky mat,
water bottle, and either a 2 lb. or 3 lb. set of weights.
