Creative solutions can be found in a community setting with others who may be experiencing similar struggles. Creativity can also be a soothing process. Take care of your self while expressing frustrations and finding community in a safe and supported setting. Participants in groups or workshops will explore fine art media with the support of a seasoned leader, while using gentle prompts or thematic suggestions to inspire the creative process.

All class fees are due at registration!
Cancellations must be made one week prior for full refund.
