How can I register? Space is limited, so registration must be completed in advance and must be completed on-line. Click on the "Register Now!" button in the right sidebar of this website. Payment options include paying via PayPal account, via credit card without logging in to PayPal, or by mailing a check or bringing a check to the event. Payment must be received prior to the start of the conference to guarantee admittance.
How much does it cost to attend? Registration fees are $99 for CalAPA Members and Public Agency Representatives, and $119 for Non-Members. Members and Public Agencies must register by October 17th to receive the discounted price. After October 17th all registrations are $119. The registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.
Where is the conference being held? The conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel, 500 Leisure Lane in Sacramento, CA. There is ample free parking. Conference attendees who stay at the hotel receive a special discount on room rates. If booking on-line, enter "events" in the discount code box. If you call the Radisoon Hotel directly at (916) 922-2020 to make a reservation, or are connected to their reservation line, ask for the special events room rate.
What time is the conference? Registration for the conference opens at 7:30 a.m., and refreshments will be served. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Lunch will be served at approximately noon. CONFERENCE TOPICS
