Find out what agencies are looking for. Learn to avoid the most common proposal mistakes. Build a suitable team for your innovation. Learn the importance of incorporating commercialization from Phase I onward.
Day 2:
Show Me the Way to $750,000
With the significant amount of money in Phase II come greater expectations from the federal agency. Learn to best manage the project manager relationship. Preparing a strong commercialization plan is a critical element in a successful Phase II proposal. Successful strategies can move the SBIR project towards long-term revenue stream in Phase III.
