To see more on Drowning Clowns and Evan Smith:

When Kate Twoey, Molly Countermine and Natalie Berrena, combine as State College’s Pure Cane Sugar, the result is "an assemblage of masterful melodies and haunting harmonies that inspire sweet dreams". With accompanying artists Daniel Collins on fiddle and Daryl Branford on drums, their original, artful arrangements are captured on a backdrop of textured synergy and rhythm.

Lushbudget is the new band of Pittsburgh native Jason Trunzo (formerly of DOSE). Based out of St. Petersburg, Jason brings Travis Lacey, Jason Gilbert, and Sara Walter up north to his hometown. With a constantly growing cast of musicians, performers, and other artists, Lushbudget is rapidly defining itself as a dynamic, engaging, and visually rich live band.

State College’s Brewer's Row takes their name from an attic practice space just steps from a neighboring Pittsburgh brewery. Best known for their repertoire of bittersweet melodies bound by layered choruses, members Corry Drake, Leah Hohman-Esser, Mark Hohman, Nicholas Hohman, and Nick Conti have created a sound for Brewer’s Row described as “Rustbelt Americana”.

Jeremy Levin is a 13-year-old prodigy probably best known as the monster drummer for the young Pittsburgh band Lightning Box. An alumni of Creative.Life.Support’s “Real Life Music Camp”, Jeremy has been developing his DJ set for the last couple of years and has impressed us all with his natural ability to create moving soundscapes.

Embarking on his professional music journey in the summer of 2010, singer-songwriter Tim Ruff eagerly bolted out of the gates with high hopes and a keen suspicion as to how his “acoustic crooner” style would go over in the real world. Tim’s shining personality (on and offstage) is quickly winning the hearts of listeners everywhere he plays. With songs filled with smiling melodies and jazzy chord progressions, this operatically trained musician with a taste for a sweeter sound and a shot of folk influence is often compared to artists Jason Mraz and Michael Buble.
