Thanks for your interest in the 2011 President's Day Weekend NW 4-Day Randori & Weapons Intensive at Aikido Eastside! Four full days, 7 hours per day of weapons, empty hand and randori training. We focus on principle, technique, and psychology with plenty of direct feedback (limit of 14 people).

 
This training is open to anyone 3rd Kyu and up regardless of affiliation. Good basic ukemi and weapons skills are required. All training conducted by George Ledyard, Aikido 6th Dan and direct student of Mitsugi Saotome Sensei.
