Howard Popkin Sensei
 
Popkin Sensei will conduct a seminar covering the techniques and principles of Daito Ryu  the system of aikijutsu. studied by Morihei Ueshiba, the Founder of Aikido. This is principle based, body centered instruction and will be of immense value in understanding how to do Aikido with "aiki". This seminar is open to the public regardless of style or affiliation.  Please pass the word to any folks for whom this training might be of interest!

9 am - Noon  (11 am to Noon hanbo with Joe Brogna)
Noon - 2 pm Lunch
2 pm - 5 pm (4 pm to 5 pm hanbo with Joe Brogna)
