Chiles and Chinampas!

(Rising 4^th - 6^th graders)

11-E2 June 20 - 24

Build a floating garden like the ancient Aztecs! Conversing in Spanish and English, campers prepare foods native to Central America: beans, tomatoes, chilies, corn and squash. By week’s end, the garden will include a Chinampa, a floating garden bed in the pond! MAX 20.

Ese campamento sera bilingue y se enfocara en la agricultura de los aztecas! Vamos a cocinar comidas nativos de centro america como frijoles, tomates, chiles, maiz y calavasa y nuestro proyecto grande sera de construir una chinampa, un jardin flotante para nuestro estanque!MAX 20.
