Ms. Pamela Palmer, M. S., Assistant Professor of Nonprofit Management at High Point University, will show you how to design, develop, and manage community-based programs that meet the needs of diverse populations. All of the essential elements of human service programs will be defined and discussed. In addition, the significance of the characteristics of a community-based program will be explained.
