Our goal is that you leave with new ideas and breakthrough thinking – and knowing without question there are business women of Faith who can be and are available to you as you go forward. That, after all, is what Fellowship is ALL about!
We will give you the opportunity to have the attention and creative thinking of the women in room. Together, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit we will provide support to you regarding a business challenge you are facing. We will create a “Circle of Blessings” and you will gain enlightenment through inspiration.
How it Works:
1. You will share with the group the single greatest business challenge you wish you could solve. You will have 1 minute to communicate your challenge and will conclude by saying “I invite your input and resourcefulness.”
2. After you share your challenge with the group, you will be provided with 5 minutes of what we call “Circle of Blessings” advice to help you find solutions to your business challenge or issue.
3. The others at the session are your Blessing Circle and will offer you suggestions, without telling you exactly what to do. For example, comments should be structured as follows:
“Have you considered” … or
“Have you explored” … or
“What I see as a possibility is” …
4. The recipient of this wisdom/blessing simply listens and/or writes down as each woman offers no more than 3 suggested actions.
5. At the conclusion of the offerings, you simply say “Thank you for sharing your blessings with me.”
