Join us for a two hour seminar on February 2 with James E. Orlikoff, president of Orlikoff & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in organizational governance and leadership, strategy, quality, organizational development, and risk management. You will come away with practical information on how you can improve your organization through effective governance and leadership.

Mr. Orlikoff is an international consultant and the National Advisor on Governance and Leadership to the American Hospital Association. He has been involved in nonprofit governance and leadership issues for over twenty-nine years.
Mr. Orlikoff has consulted with organizations in eight countries, and has worked with numerous and varied nonprofit organizations in the United States to strengthen their overall governance and leadership effectiveness.
......................................................................................................................................................................
He is an author of the book The High-Performance Board: Principles of Nonprofit Organization Governance. He was a member of Blue Ribbon Panel that produced the BoardSource (formerly the National Center for Nonprofit Boards) publication The Source: Twelve Principles of Governance that Power Exceptional Boards. He is an author of Board Work: Governing Health Care Organizations, which won the ACHE James A. Hamilton Book of the Year award for 2000.

Mr. Orlikoff received his M.A. in social and organizational psychology from the University of Chicago, and his B.A. from Pitzer College in Claremont, CA.
