This is a class about RealValuator which is available to all of our agents for a mere $10/month. This is one of the most valuable tools we have.
 
Not only does it give you the information we get from the MLS services it also shows us any pre-foreclosure letters sent to properties near and around a property where we are trying to get a listing. When used correctly, this tool lets us show buyers that we are pricing the home correctly ..... especially if they have some pre-foreclosures near them.

Just think if someone wants $225k when we suggest $200K and we can show them the wisdom of getting it sold before any of the pre- foreclosures actually are foreclosed upon. Then this drives the community prices down even more!
