This class will offer gentle but challenging non-competitive Yoga postures, combined with deep breathing techniques to
balance body, mind and spirit. Enjoy improved posture, increased flexibility, muscle toning, stress and tension release, and
well-being. This class is designed for all ages and individual needs. Please come with an empty stomach, bare feet, a clean
body and a clean mind. Wear comfortable loose clothing. A non-skid mat and a firm blanket are required.
