More Information About Foundor Inc.

In these economic times, many challenges exist for nonprofit organizations in the area of fundraising. Foundor came as a result of the realization that a need existed for better nonprofit event management software. In April 2010, Foundor exhibited the software product at the Nonprofit Technology Conference in Atlanta, where it was well received by attendees.

Michael Rice is the President of Foundor. Michael has been actively involved in the operation and management of a large nonprofit foundation's auction, which is held in conjunction with their annual fund raising "gala". He was invited by the committee chairperson to assist them in managing the operation of the silent and live auctions and has helped it become a major source of proceeds. Over the past three years, Michael has developed a software program to make silent and live auction management a much less cumbersome task from start to finish. In addition, he is also a well known website developer, whose work is used on major internet sites here in the U.S. Michael has a B.A. degree from East Tennessee State University with a major in Business Management.

Gregory Rice is the company Vice President. His area of expertise comes from a long background in advertising and marketing. Greg's nonprofit experience was gained as a committee member for the Special Olympics here in Greensboro/Guilford County and in Florida. He also served as co-chairperson of the FRIENDS Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome of Northeast Tennessee, which conducted a silent auction as part of its fundraising effort. Greg has an MBA degree from Argosy University with a marketing concentration and has been an instructor at Virginia Intermont College.
