The Oz Flight Sim Expo showcases the latest innovations in Flight Simulation for recreational & professional use. Applications include Pilot Training; Defence Force Recruitment; Location Based Entertainment and recreation.

- All sales are final. No refunds! If the event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, a refund will be issued upon receipt of the transaction ID.
- Terms & Conditions outlined here are not negotiable and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Persons who suffer from vertigo, motion sickness and epilepsy are advised NOT to participate in, or view, any simulation demonstration whatsoever. Flashing lights and colours may trigger an epileptic seizure.
- The organisers will not tolerate behaviour from individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Individuals disrupting any display or lecture will be removed immediately from the Expo/Conference areas by Security.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to those persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Police will be contacted immediately if persons are abusive towards any Expo/Conference staff or Exhibitors.
- Members of the public visiting the Expo enter at their own risk.
- Oz Flight Sim Expo organisers and venue staff members cannot provide direct technical support, refunds or exchanges for any product purchased at the Expo. It is recommended that you keep any receipts for any purchase made, and contact the supplier directly if any product is found to be defective or faulty.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult or ticket holder.
- Food and drinks are not allowed in the Exhibition areas. Refreshments will be available at the venue, away from any expo displays.
- Expo patrons waives all rights to claim against the owner or builder of the cockpit, the organiser of the Oz Flight Sim Expo; venue operator or any other party in respect of any incident or accident that occurs whilst entering, using or exiting a cockpit, regardless of fault. The operator may offer a SIM WAIVER that must be signed by the participant prior to entering the cockpit or enclosure.
Day Spa Competition Rules - Competitions are subject to the privacy policy and website terms and conditions of the Oz Flight Sim Expo.
- By purchasing expo tickets online, and at the ticket office between 9:30am and 9:50am Saturday 10th October, entitles entry into the competition, and that the purchaser is deemed to have accepted the following conditions: Competition is open to all ticket purchasers, except for Oz Flight Sim Expo employees and their relatives, and anyone professionally connected with the Oz Flight Sim Expo. The Oz Flight Sim Expo reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants
- Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Failure to claim the prize within the time at the location specified (Entrance to "the block"), on in the manner specified may result in the selection of an alternative winner.
- The outcome of the prize draw will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners must be prepared to redeem the prize on Saturday 10th October, no exceptions, as the prizes have been booked and allocated for at the Garth Day Spa.
- The Oz Flight Sim Expo will provide transportation for the winners to and from the Garth Day Spa. Transport will leave promptly at 10:00am sharp from the Expo Parade Ground, outside the Expo entrance, and return to the Expo venue on completion of the day spa.
- Lunch will be provided to both winners during the day spa package..
- Other prizes maybe allocated to runners up, and this is at the Organiser's discretion.
