Dip Dye Day!
Leader: Gina Kirkorian-Inghm
your own hand dyed original two toned fabrics at the 100th Monkey
Studio. This class will go over the basics of dip dying, which is a
process of dipping the same piece of fabric into color, to create a two
tone feathery look. The results are stunning, and you can use this
technique to decorate just about anything!
We will start with the
basics. Dipping cotton socks into two colors to get our technique down.
Then we will move onto silk strips, that we can make scarves out of,
once they're dry. Then we can make larger fabric pieces out of linen
that could be table runners, pillow covers, curtains or just gorgeous
hand dyed fabric that you can use for anything
