Please note:
- Membership Meetings are included in the cost of annual Dues.
- Guest Fees are $40 (payable in advance or at the door).
- Brokers may attend meetings as a guest ($40 fee) a maximum of two (2) times. After such time, Brokers will need to join in order to attend further events. The luncheon fees paid will be credited toward membership fees.
- Affiliates may attend meetings as a guest ($40 fee) one (1) time. Future cost to attend will be $100 unless Affiliate becomes a member of CLBA.

The Commercial Leasing Broker's Association is an organization set up to unite those who are actively involved in the leasing of office, retail, or industrial buildings in order to foster knowledge, education, integrity and quality workmanship in the leasing of commercial space. To advance the civic development of the community by effectively exerting a beneficial influence upon the commercial and investment real estate field and related business interests. To promote the indoctrination, training and education of those engaged in the leasing of office, retail or industrial space in order to foster experienced and competent leasing brokers while cultivating friendship and fellowship among its members. |
