Collage A Plate
Leader: Donna Otter
Collage-A-Plate. Working on the reverse side of a clear glass or acrylic plate, you will layer imagery, tissue paper and paint, following your creative appetite and making intuitive decisions. Emphasis will be on listening to the authentic impulse and responding to the variety of luscious materials at hand. We will also explore the questions of, “What are you hungry for?” and the experience of “too much, not enough and just right.” Your finished piece will be ready to display so that the images will continue to feed you. This technique is surprisingly simple, yielding beautiful results.
