Event Details
The Tampa Bay OddCon Exhibition Room will be full of all kinds of unique collectibles for the (im)mature adult audience including: Comic Books, Role Playing Games, Miniatures, Video Games, Leather Gear, Unique Clothes, Animation Cels, Anime, Manga, Toys, Movies, Props, Wall Scrolls, Models, T-Shirts and much, much more!
DEALER ROOM HOURS:
FRIDAY 2:00pm - 9:00pm
SATURDAY: 11:00am - 8:00pm
SUNDAY: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Dealer Room Setup: Friday: 7:00am - 2:00pm
DEALER ROOM PRICING
10x10 Standard Vendor Space for the Inaugural OddCon is ONLY $100! This will be a barebones space that allows you, the vendor, to decorate and arrange as you will. Each 10x10 space will come with (2) vendor badges and (1) garbage can.
Tables can be purchased from the convention for $15 until Sept 1,2010. Afterwards, the price increases to $30. You may bring your own tables to the show. Electricity is available for an additional fee.
Public Relations (PR) Tables (Artist, Actor, Writer, and Filmmaker) are available for $85. This includes (1) skirted 4x6 table, (2) PR badges and (1) garbage can. These tables for signings and interviews, not for the sale of merchandise.
If you do not need a PR table for the entire length of the con and would rather reserve a time slot at a communal table it is available for $40 for (1) 4 hour block of time (see shift schedule).
Shift Schedule:
(1) 7AM-11AM
(2) 11AM-3PM
(3) 3PM-7PM
(4) 7PM-11PM
(5) 11PM-3AM
(6) 3AM-7AM
There are a VERY LIMITED amount of vendor and PR spaces still available. We do have some vendor booths left... but they will not last. This is your chance to get in on the ground level of an up and coming convention that already has a steady following of 300+ and growing daily.

As OddCon's first year we would like to invite Podcasters to take advantage of our inaugural PR opportunity to broadcast live from the convention. Interview our guests and attendees, report on the show and bring your unique creativity to the Tampa Bay OddCon, expanding your listener base and the experience of con members.
Podcasters can reserve a slot at the Communal PR table or may reserve their own PR table for $95, including electricity for your space, (3) Podcaster Badges and Promotion on the OddCon Facebook, Twitter, and WebLogs.
Each podcaster station is just $125 and provides you with the following
(1) An eight foot table in the podcaster section of the convention, which will expose your podcast to thousands of attendees Sign up early to take advantage of the additional publicity for your podcast!
In order to qualify for a broadcaster table, the following rules apply
(1) You must have an active podcast hosted online
(2) You must have posted your first podcast at least 90 days prior to registration
(3) You must have posted at least 3 podcasts online prior to registration
