Lemon juice and splash of white wine

-Sarago Oreganato

Oven Roasted pougue, crusted with herb bread crumbs

-Flank steak

Grilled and sliced flank steak with red wine reduction

Tortellini Al Porcini

Meat tortellini AL Porcini

Meat tortellini with fresh porcini, roasted plum tomatoes, scallops, sage and flavored with truffle olive oil.

-Poccheri al sugo di guanciale

Lange rigatoni with beef cheeks, fresh ground tomato and spices

-Pizzocheni al fruiti de bosco

Shout ribbons of home made whole wheat pasta, raspberry vodka, fresh porcini mushrooms, splash of tomato, salsa, shallots and fresh sage.

-Grilled Vegetables

Portobello mushrooms, yellow squash, green zucchini, eggplant, red and green roasted peppers.

-Roasted patatoes

-Mixed salad

Red, white wine and 3 special cocktails will be served.
