Bankruptcy, rights, remedies and how it relates to
commercial brokers, tenants and property owners
Eric Taube of Hohmann, Taube & Summers, LLP will be our guest speaker this month. He'll provide us great insight into b ankruptcy, rights, remedies and how it relates to commercial brokers, tenants and property owners, especially in today's economy.

Please note:
- Members, affiliates and guests that RSVP for CLBA lunch events and do not attend will be charged a fee of $40.00 if a minimum of 24-hours prior notice of cancellation is not provided to CLBA. We appreciate your respect of this rule for our organization
- Please be aware that all non-members, including CLBA member guests, must pre-pay on-line with a credit card to attend the event
- Brokers may attend meetings as a guest ($40 fee) a maximum of two (2) times. After such time, Brokers will need to join in order to attend further events. The luncheon fees paid will be credited toward membership fees.
- Affiliates may attend meetings as a guest ($40 fee) one (1) time. Future cost to attend will be $100 unless Affiliate becomes a member of CLBA.
