Bankruptcy, rights, remedies and how it relates to
commercial brokers, tenants and property owners


Eric Taube of Hohmann, Taube & Summers, LLP  will be our guest speaker this month.  He'll provide us great insight into bankruptcy, rights, remedies and how it relates to commercial brokers, tenants and property owners, especially in today's economy.

Please note:
  • Members, affiliates and guests that RSVP for CLBA lunch events and do not attend will be charged a fee of $40.00 if a minimum of 24-hours prior notice of cancellation is not provided to CLBA.  We appreciate your respect of this rule for our organization
  • Please be aware that all non-members, including CLBA member guests, must pre-pay on-line with a credit card to attend the event
  • Brokers may attend meetings as a guest ($40 fee) a maximum of two (2) times.  After such time, Brokers will need to join in order to attend further events. The luncheon fees paid will be credited toward membership fees.
  • Affiliates may attend meetings as a guest ($40 fee) one (1) time.  Future cost to attend will be $100 unless Affiliate becomes a member of CLBA.

To promote the indoctrination, training and education of those engaged in the leasing of office, retail or industrial space in order to foster experienced and competent leasing brokers while cultivating friendship and fellowship among its members.
