Maximum One Realty Contract to Close is designed to provide Maximum One Realty Agents the information and forms necessary for submitting required Broker documentation once a contract is binding. Students will learn everything they need to know to submit a contract to Maximum One once it is binding. This will include how to properly complete the Blue Sheet (this is how you get paid), the Contract to Close Checklist to ensure you have submitted all of the necessary paperwork required by Maximum One to in order to release your commission check upon closing. The class will feature an interactive workshop where you will be guided step by step using sample contracts to complete the Blue Sheet and Contract to Close Checklist. You will also learn how to submit your paperwork to Maximum One’s Transaction Management System (TMS), our online file room. The information taught in the class is essential to all Maximum One agents for efficient transactions and commission disbursements. AND YOU GET 3 CE CREDIT HOURS FOR FREE. This is a must take class for all existing and new agents so that we can make sure your files are complete and compliant and get you paid as fast as possible.
