This course is specifically designed to assist the Plant Manager and Environmental Health and Safety Manager with meeting these rules in order to avoid enforcement issues. This Annual Update is designed for large and small quantity generators of hazardous wastes. It satisfies the training requirements under 40 CFR 265.16, 22 CCR 66262.34(a)(4) & 66265.16 The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requires that facility personnel be trained to “perform their duties in away that ensures the facility’s compliance” with hazardous waste regulations. This RCRA course covers the general area of waste management training This 3-hour course covers the RCRA’s “cradle to grave” rules, the California Specific Hazardous Waste Rule and regulations and the implications on Superfund.
