Speaker: Barbara S. Kinosky, Esq.
Barbara is the President of Centre Consulting Inc, a professional services firm specializing in acquisition and project manager workforce training, GSA/VA Schedules and acquisition consulting. She has over 20 years of experience in federal government contracting. Barbara testified before Congressman Davis’ 1423 Acquisition Reform Panel and was quoted numerous times in the final report. She has spoken at numerous conferences including the Professional Services Expo, the NCMA World Congress, the Federal Heath Care Acquisition Conference and the NIH Annual Contracting Symposium. Barbara was Vice Chair of the Public Contracts and Procurement Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Administrative Law. She is an experienced arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association where she sits on the AAA Large Complex Case Panel. Barbara received her undergraduate degree from Florida State and her law degree from George Mason University School of Law where she was the Associate Editor for the Law Review.
