NAACP Know Your Rights Seminar

Attorneys from the Wiley W. Manuel Bar Association of Sacramento County will present a FREE "Know Your Rights" Seminar. This community education seminar will cover the following topics:
1. What to do and say if you are stopped by a law enforcement officer?
2. Legal and illegal searches & seizures. Do you have to permit a law enforcement officer to search your vehicle during a traffic stop?
3. What to do if you get arrested.
4. Understanding the differences between felony and misdemeanor convictions.
5. What to do if you feel you have been a victim of police misconduct.
6. And more…
