We will discuss the ongoing issues regarding the these two contract forms:
 
There are many differences - in terms of terminology and legal implications between the two sets of contract forms being used in the market today!  We will begin to cover the many legal differences between the two!

In addition, given that many of the Maximum One agents are experiencing resistance from other agents with use of the non GAR forms, Shawn will also discuss various options with them to get other agents to be receptive to these forms!

Some of these issues involve:
- Appraisal contingency issues
- Differences in time frames
- Differences in terminology
- The interaction between the two forms
- What if an agent requests your client's terms be on the 2012 GAR & you don't have access
