Vendor Space Rules:
  • Limited space is available on a first come, first serve basis. Preferred time of arrival is before 10:00
    AM on the day of the show.
  • Electricity availability is limited and is given on a first come, first serve basis.  Vendor booths requiring electricity are subject to an additional $15 fee on the day of the show.  Vendor is responsible for bringing any extension cords and power adapters needed.
  •  NOTE: All applications are reviewed for acceptance. You will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Any applications paid for and not accepted will have their fee returned.   Outside of this one exception, vendor booth fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Due to health permit limitations, absolutely NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE sales are allowed from vendor booth spaces, no exceptions.  If any vendor or competitor is caught selling food or beverages of any kind, you will be immediately escorted from the show and you booth fees will NOT be refunded.
  • All vendors will be provided with one table and two chairs.  You are responsible for any tents, additional chairs, and anything else you need for the booth.
  • By purchasing a vendor package you agree to the terms above, and agree to hold harmless The Show N' Shine Car and Audio Show, our sponsors, competitors, and clubs while on the property of The Show n' Shine Car and Audio Show grounds.
