Chinese Childhood games-What do games do children play in China?
Show and Tell-Can you guess what picture or what object is this?
Afternoon:
Chinese Origami Making 101-Step by step teaching and instructions
Are you ready for a competition?
Group B
Morning:
Chinese in Words/Colors-Learn simple Chinese words and learn how to make
sand paintings!
Afternoon:
Chinese Lantern- Learn the history/traditions of lanterns and how to make them
Group C
Morning:
Chinese Calligraphy-Learn how to use a brush and how to write simple Chinese
characters from the natives!
Afternoon:
Chinese traditional games-Introduction to Jian-Zi and Ping Pong
Group D
Morning:
Chinese Geography-Make a puzzle map of China and learn the history and
characteristics of each province!
Afternoon:
Chinese Characters-Where do they come from?
Group E
Morning:
From East to West: Ideas and Insights on Cross-Cultural Education and Personal
Development (Including professional guest speakers).
Aimed at mutual communication and inspiration, our panel discussion will be led
by practitioners and professionals with prominent achievements in cross-cultural
education and personal development. The panelists’ first-hand experience and
decade-long expertise will make their advice and insights resonating and valuable
to the parents.
Afternoon:
How to incorporate Chinese culture in everyday life-What traditions, holidays can
we celebrate? (Sharing experiences with Chinese native students)
