Renaye has wide-ranging experience in the property sector and joined the Brisbane Airport Corporation as General Manager Property after having worked with Leighton Contractors for the past ten years. As General Manager Property, Renaye is responsible for a Property portfolio worth in excess of $800 million with 190 tenants. There is 1000 hectares remaining to be developed. Renaye is a Board member of the Urban Land Development Authority, and the Infrastructure Association of Queensland. She is also a member of the Infrastructure Council for Brisbane City Council.

Cathryn is an enthusiastic and creative designer, with a diverse portfolio of project experience gained over 19 years of practice across the United Kingdom and Australia.
She has worked on a variety of projects, for both public sector and private clients, including significant involvement in large-scale urban regeneration projects.
Throughout her career she has actively pursued her interest in the emerging sustainability agenda. Over the past 15 years heading a number of sustainability ‘think tanks’ and ensuring, in project work, that design thinking seeks to secure the delivery of exemplar sustainable design within the context of large-scale master planning and regeneration projects.
