Greetings Vendor/Exhibitor:

Planning for the 2011 National Conclave for Iota Phi Theta® Fraternity, Inc. is in full swing and below is complete information regarding this year’s national conference. As always, careful thought and consideration goes into the placement in order to maximize Iota’s patronage of your business and/or service which plays a key role in the overall success of our national meetings.

Tables & Pricing

All tabled will be 4-6FT in length and each vendor/exhibitor will be priced at $250 for the 1^st table and then just $50 per additional table requested. Rounds tables may be requested but not guaranteed. Iota Phi Theta® is not responsible for any items or materials that are lost, damaged, and/or stolen. Storage will be provided for an additional cost of $150 for the entire conference only.

Tables & Storage must be purchased prior to the conference and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

All Vendors & Exhibitors must be approved and licensed by Iota Phi Theta®
