•JAGADGURU KRIPALU YOG•
Yoga, as defined in the Garuḍa Purāṇ, means a union between the soul and the Supersoul; it teaches the simple and direct path of realizing our self and then God-realization. But this Pristine Yogic Science has been subjected to some serious misinterpretation and concoction in past two centuries. And due to its continuous downfall, the present meaning of Yog is restricted only to some physical postures and a bunch of breathing exercises. Moreover there are various types of Yogas taught in the market; this also creates confusion as to which one is the authentic and real.
•Offering Perpetual Solutions to Our Deeper Well-being:
While, the common Āsanas and Prāṇāyām, heal a part of our physical body and superficial part of our mind, offering an instant relief, it fails to address our real identity viz. Ātmā and so fails to offer any perpetual solution to our deep ignorance and obvilion to self identity, Ātmā. Moreover, currently there are so many types of yogas taught in the market that it also creates a confusion in deciding as to which one is actually authentic and Original.
•The Beginning of The Authentic Yog, as Revealed in the Ancient Vedas:
The Yogīc Sādhanā begins with the fact that we are not a physical body but we are Spiritual Soul (Ātmā). But in our present consciousness we cannot quite realize this because we are dumped under five psychological subtle layers.
•The Science of the Soul:
The first one is the layer of our physical body, second, layer of ten kinds of breaths within our body and the seven kinds of chakras; the third layer over Ātmā is that of our desires and thoughts; the fourth layer is that of the information that we might have gathered over our past innumerable births, our tendencies and biases based on such information. The much talked about Kuṇḍalini also is covered within this layer of Vigyānmaya koṣa. And finally the fifth layer is that our very instinct to always hunt for material sense-gratification.
•God Realization:
Being dumped under these five layers, we fail to realize our real self and consider ourselves to be an entity of material world.
To overcome our innate ignorance, we need a thorough Synopsis and answers to some of the deepest Mysteries of the Creation, the nature of mind, the cycle of karma, the evolution of desires and souls, the means to get free from helpless slavery to our desires, Salvation and Devotion etc.
•Swami Mukundananda:
Swāmi Mukundānanda, who has been spreading the Ancient Vedic Wisdom for last twenty six years across the World, has been guiding the souls to unshackle themselves from their ignorance, and thus has been offering them a golden opportunity to free their body and mind and engage themselves in the Eternal Devotion of God.
