We are glad to inform you that we have revamped our event management and registration solution with a few new exciting features. It is your continued feedbacks that have guided us to introduce these features. These features would further ensure that you enjoy tremendous event management and registration success conveniently.

The new features added to our robust platform are:

  • Facebook Integration: You can publish a copy of your events to Facebook anytime you want and share it with your friends or network on Facebook.
  • Customize “Checkout with PayPal” button: You can have a customized text instead of the default Google Checkout button and show it to the attendees registering for your event.
  • Google Map integration on Event Page: This feature assists you to display your event location on Google map allowing your attendees to find the event venue easily.
  • Customized Display of Attendees List: You can display the list of registered attendees on your Event Page. However, this facility is available for Premium Subscribers only.
  • Billing Contact: This feature allows you to specify the email address to receive Eventsbot Invoice.

We hope that the new features mentioned above will help you in making your events absolutely irresistible and successful!

You can now save the Email Invitations you send to your invitee’s as “Templates”. This will save you all the efforts of recreating the content of Email the next time when you want to send similar invitations. Just choose the template that best meets your requirement for the current event, make necessary additions or deletions if any, and send emails !


Also, eventsbot basic customers can now send 500 email invitations per day for an event, while the eventsbot premium customers can send 2000 email invitations per day. The pending invitations are sent the next day.

To ensure that the event tickets are not blocked for long in cases when the attendee spends extensive time on purchasing the tickets online, we have introduced the Countdown timer. This gives your attendee to block the ticket for not more than 25 minutes to finish the transaction failing which he will need to try again

We are glad to announce GOOGLE CHECKOUT as one of the options for online payments at eventsbot. This is in addition to the Offline Payment and Paypal mode of payments. You will need to set your Google Checkout account and have the same integrated with the eventsbot account. Once this is done, you will receive the payment directly to your Google Checkout account.

Manage Contact List

Now you can Manage your contact list in your account at eventsbot for communication including sending email invitations.

  1. You can choose to import your contact list or address from Google, Outlook, Gmail, Plaxo , Hotmail etc.
  2. You can also choose to name the contacts by different list name.
  3. You can name them specific to any event.

To us this feature, select the Manage New Accounts link on “My Events page”.
